BOLD PREDICTIONS: NFL EDITION

Here are some bold predictions that I have for the NFL in the coming weeks.

Yankees Resign Posada. Is Rivera next?

The Yankees have started to check things off on their free agent list, signing Jorge Posada (age 36) to a 4 year 52.4 million dollar deal. Shortly after that, they made an offer to Mariano Rivera (age 37) that was equally as rich: 3 year 45 million. Essentially, the Yankees just paid out big money to guys that will be in their 40’s when their contract expires. While many people will call this lunacy, I have another term for it: Necessary.
